Gala Poster Competition

Congratulations to Rosa Mathieson-Smith from Foulford Primary School who was the winner of our Gala Poster design competition. Our theme of the Gala this year, ‘Down on the Farm’ inspired loads of amazing ideas and designs and the judges were so impressed with everyone’s art skills!

Rosa’s poster will be seen all over the town in the run-up to the 2024 Gala.

Huge well done to the runners up too and thanks to everyone who entered the competition and to all our local schools for taking part.

Jackie Allan 5-A-Side Competition

The annual Jackie Allan 5-a-side football competition was held in May with teams from all our local schools taking part at Central Park.

The winning boys sides reaching the final were Foulford and Crossgates schools and the girls finalists were Hill of Beath and Crossgates! Both finals will be played up at the Public Park on Gala Day, 9th June.
