One of the favourite fundraising events held for many years was the Cowdenbeath Loony Dook with local fundraisers and Gala volunteers braving the cold waters of the River Forth at Kirkcaldy all in aid of the Gala! These pictures capture another fantastic day.

2017 also marked the closure of Broad Street Community Centre after nearly 40 years serving the town and volunteers from the Centre created a special float to mark the occasion and say goodbye and thanks to the local community. (Credit: Stuart Duffy)
